Mole has informed me that the latest edition of the game includes a separate fully licensed Champions League mode including United & Liverpool. He has not confirmed whether or not the licensed teams can be used outside of this mode, but neither has he said they can't.

Unfortunately on a less bright note, it would appear a lot of clubs aren't fully licensed, particularly in the Spanish league. Atletico Madrid being the one mentioned along with a few others that you would normally expect to be.

The Fifa 09 demo is out on the 11th of September so Im assuming the PES one won't be far behind it

Well the Fifa demo ios definately out then it was on their official website for the game

Cool about the date !. You could expect the CL, there were strong rumours they bought a CL-license somewhere in June/July but never confirmed by Konami.

yep, but considering there wasn't a sign of it in the last build, it's great that it's in.
